5th Grade Celebration

Our fifth-grade celebration will be on Friday, June 3. Parents are welcome to join us at the skating rink and/or the bowling alley. Parents who wish to skate may join us at their own expense, but there will not be space for parents to bowl. Please do not send additional money with your child; all activities and food will be covered for students. Here is our schedule for the day (times are approximate):

9:30 – Skating at Tarry Hall

  • The cost of skate rental will be covered for students.
  • Students who wish to rent inline skates may pay the difference of $1.
  • Students are also welcome to bring their own skates if they have them.

12:00 – Bowling and lunch at Hudsonville Lanes

We will end the day back at Georgetown Elementary with celebrations in our classrooms.

Thank You!

Dear Parents,

I am flabbergasted that we only have one more school day until summer vacation. I want to thank each of you for sharing your children with me this school year. I feel so blessed to have been a part of your children’s  lives.

Also, thank you so much for the outpouring of volunteerism and donations for our class this year.  I truly could not have had all the activities and have them run so smoothly if I hadn’t had such great support.

Have a safe, healthy, and happy summer!  I will miss you! agcthankyou8

Warmly,
Kym Burdis
