GRAM Field Trip

Our field trip was AMAZING learning about David Wiesner’s work. I hope your child came home and told you all about it.  Did they share their wordless story with you?  Each student created their own wordless story and planned it out just like Mr. Wiesner would

Reminders & Slideshow

Last week two study guides came home, one for math and one for social studies. Both tests are tomorrow. I hope we got some studying done over the last 5 days! 🙂

Below is a slideshow I put together from our field trip yesterday. We had a great time! Thank you again to my fantastic chaperones and for so many of you joining us at Hager Park. We are blessed with so much parent support! Enjoy the slideshow!

Update!

M-STEP: This week the kids will take the MSTEP. We will be testing from 9:00 to Noon on Tuesday and Thursday of this week.

Providing extra nutritional snacks on the testing days, along with a water bottle — and adequate sleep during the testing period will help your children feel comfortable and get their brains ready. The kids are ready to do their personal best and will ROCK this assessment! 🙂

Field Trip: Your child should have brought home a note about our field trip to Meijer Garden on May 28. Please send in your child’s $2.00 by this Friday as well as the note indicating whether you would like to be in the drawing for parents that would like to join us a chaperone. Unfortunately, we can only select four parents for the trip to Meijer Garden, but if you are not chosen for that part of the trip, you are still welcome to join us at Hagar Park for lunch and play time if the weather permits. Here is a link about the field trip. Meijer Garden Field Trip
