Updates Room 205!

WE. ARE. AWESOME!

Our class has earned 47 Outstanding awards! Each time we accumulate ten Outstandings we vote on what teambuilding activity we would like to do.

This time we voted to have lunch together in our classroom on Friday, February 14. I offered to collect money and order pizza for those who would like to have pizza brought in. Pizza will be $1.00 per slice and your child may order two slices if they choose to. I will be ordering on Thursday at the end of the day so please have money sent in by then. 🙂

Below is a link I would like every parent to fill out so I know how to plan for the kids.

Order Form

Please have your children bring in their choice of beverage and pack their usual snacks for the day. Sack lunch and ordering hot lunch is always an option if your child does not want to order pizza.

Outstanding Class= Fort Day!

The kids have been working hard to earn Outstanding certificates to get a special reward afternoon. Well, they did it! So, we talked about what we wanted to do and this is what they came up with.

Fort Day!

They may bring in a blanket to construct a fort. They may also bring in a stuffed animal if they would like. During their fort time, they will be doing quiet reading and they want to be cozy. 🙂

Also, because we all deserve to be comfy the kids may wear their pajamas, robes, and slippers. They may also bring a flashlight to read with while in their fort and of course, pillows are welcome too. Any special reading material from home is also welcomed: a favorite book, magazine or any reading material they can share with each other.
